Bear von Bergheim is a gorgeous 3 year old German Shepherd. Looking for a living teddy bear? Bear is one sweet love bug, ready for hugs! He starts his day with a medium energy and is a master at walking on leash, keeping to a nice heel position during the whole stroll. He is comfortable meeting people and easy-going dogs, but he (being the gentleman that he is) expects other dogs to act accordingly. He is a young man with an old soul and little patience for pushy, rude dogs! It is best to avoid troublemaker dogs and allow for gentle introductions, and he would like it very much if dogs were not slobbering in his face or following him around like puppies! Because of this, Bear would like to be the canine bachelor in the home or to live with other calm, easy-going dogs and owners who will continue to work on his social skills. He is 100% more of a people dog who will melt in the arms of anyone who gives him attention. He is always looking up to you with those bright, teddy-bear eyes for guidance and is so smart and eager to learn! He already has aced sit, down and shake, and is ready to branch out to more challenging tricks. Bear is ready for anything!
